NOTE: In (1995) EPA claimed that they had tested the Vitalizer III,
and that the test was inconclusive. The unit they tested was a proto-type, totally different in design and manufacturing than
the Vitalizer that has been successfully installed in over 500,000 vehicles. After several trips/meetings to the
EPA laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and to the EPA headquarters in Washington D.C., to this day we have not received a
complete report that supports their findings of the Vitalizer III.
GENERAL
INFORMATION:The VITALIZER is a fuel
line retrofit device that is installed on the inbound fuel line of the carburetor or electronic fuel injector, similar to
where an after-market fuel filter would be installed. As fuel passes through the Vitalizer Cylinder Core of dissimilar
metals it is polarized, which creates more efficient combustion within the engine. This results in more power being
generated while requiring less fuel and a reduction in emissions as a result of the more complete combustion process.
ACTUAL DRIVING CONDITIONS: The average user
of the Vitalizer has received an increase in fuel economy between 7% to 15% for the Auto Unit and 3% to 5% for the Heavy Duty
Unit. A 25% to 40% reduction in emissions under real life driving conditions has been achieved in the Auto, Medium,
and Heavy Duty Units.

HOW
THE VITALIZER WORKS:The
Vitalizer is constructed of several dissimilar metals. The choice of metals and their corresponding percentages is essential
to maximize the electric field, which in turn polarizes the adjacent fuel molecules.
The
orientation and the roughness of the core (dissimilar metals) create turbulence within the flow of hydrocarbon fuel to ensure
the polarization of as many fuel molecules as possible. With the usage of the Vitalizer, the fuel molecules enter the
combustion chamber almost totally polarized.
Therefore,
after ignition, the flame splits into two parts, in a similar manner where as an electrical field is applied to the flame.
This increases the flow velocity of combustible media by physical means. With this method the rate of combustion of
fuel is increased tremendously.
In
addition to the heat of combustion due to the rupture of the chemical bonds and the formation of new bonds, there is an electrostatic
energy. This is due to the same signs charged repulsion being converted to mechanical energy, which in turn produces
a greater force on the pistons.
Consequently, there is more power delivered and thus greater fuel economy.
Inside the combustion chamber, the negatively charged ions will cause the attraction of positive carbon ions from the surrounding
combustion chamber walls. This results in carbon removal from the cylinder heads of the engine, as well as less unburned
carbon in the exhaust.
