ADVANCED FUEL PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGY

The VITALIZER is a very simple device that has no moving parts and has nothing to replenish or replace. It is a retrofit device for fuel economy and emission reduction and has PASSED the EPA 511 Retrofit Evaluation Procedures.

The VITALIZER is basically a cast alloy core consisting of 5 dissimilar metals in a unique and patented combination. The core has elongated ridges that promote a swirling action in the fuel flowing over the core activating an electrostatic charge. The core is encased in a tube that connects directly into the fuel line – before and as close to the carburetor, injectors or the diesel pump as possible – and treats the fuel before being mixed with oxygen.

When the fuel is sent into the combustion chambers and evaporates, the electrostatically charged fuel molecules, now having the same polarity, tend to repel one another causing them to be dispersed more thoroughly and evenly through each combustion chamber. The fuel then burns more completely and efficiently, which in turn creates more power, cleaner emissions and improved fuel economy.

The Effect of the Vitalizer on Fuel

As the fuel flows through the core of the unit, a greater percentage of fuel molecules are electro statically charges with the same polarity. The polarized fuel molecules tend to repel one another, causing them to be dispersed more thoroughly and evenly, thus increasing the volatility just inches before it enters the fuel distributor or injection system. SUMMARY

“The VITALIZER"

Is the only Advanced Fuel/Pollution Control Technology product to have met and surpassed the standard percentage for lowering emissions and increasing fuel fuel ecomomy, according to the United States Code of Federal Regulations#40, parts 86-99, and EPA 511 Protocal, covering Retrofit Device Evaluation Procedures (CFR 40 Part 610 Screen Test).
