• The Fuel Burner Enhancer is a simple fuel line retrofit device that has no moving parts or anything to replenish or replace.
• The Fuel Burner Enhancer is a cast alloy core consisting of five dissimilar metals in a unique and patented combination.  The core has elongated ridges that promote a swirling action in the fuel activating an electrostatic charge.

• The qualified technician who services your boiler/furnace will first bring the boiler to its proper operating temperature.  They will then perform an emissions test and measure the exhaust temperature.
• The technician will then install the appropriate size Fuel Burner Enhancer according to Manufacturer Specifications, on the fuel line, as close as possible to the boiler/furnace spray nozzle.
• Once the installation is completed, the exhaust temperature will increase and emissions will decrease.  The technician will need to install a smaller spray nozzle or reduce fuel pressure.  These adjustments will reduce the excess exhaust temperature and increase fuel economy up to 15%.
